2022 NHSBCA Summer Congress Recap

Fifty-six State Basketball Coaches Association Directors from twenty-six states met in Indianapolis from July 12-15th for our annual NHSBCA Summer Congress. Many things were discussed, especially the state-run June Scholastic Events sponsored by the NHSBCA. The National Federation of High Schools paid us a visit and we took field trips to the NCAA Hall of Champions as well as the historic Hinkle Fieldhouse at Butler University. We had a fantastic presentation on diversity by Coach Larry MacKenzie from the Minnesota Coaches Association, presentations from our sponsors (Coaches vs Cancer, Shoot Away, LUCEO, and many others). Overall, we accomplished what we set out to do and are planning for next year's Conference in July in Portland, Maine.
